MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES MAPPING FOR TUTORS IN UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA

This study aimed to map and develop Multiple Intelligences for basic education tutors in Universitas Terbuka. was a survey research with sample of 193 consisted 101 men (52.33%) 92 women (47.67%). The instrument used the Survey nine constructs an average alpha croanbach value 0.859 high criteria. results showed that there were no significant differences multiple intelligence based on gender, work base, number institutions, age, length service, ethnicity. also relationships between physical/kinesthetic, existential/spiritual, interpersonal, intrapersonal, logical/mathematical thinking, musical/rhythmic, naturalistic, verbal/linguistic, visual/spatial. Judging from correlation coefficient, kinesthetic interpersonal have highest 0.881. could be human resources educators, especially Tutors, increasing their intelligences universities government. suggested importance or educators management For this reason, educational institutions already good intrapersonal intelligence, feel need increase aspect naturalistic example, by conducting family gathering events interact directly nature. is different previous studies similar theme regarding sample. produced valuable policy recommendations at Terbuka government do mapping how ready face challenges opportunities.
